D-DOC is a robust document management platform, with a wide implementation among the most varied clients and business types. A document management system allows the digital archiving of documents, indexed with keywords.
This way you can quickly search and retrieve documents, rather than spending time searching for folders and paper.
The secure system of access to the software, through username and password, with or without Active Directory (single sign-on), allows only users with permissions to access and consult the archived documentation.
Software 100% web, allowing access through the Intranet or Internet, so that the entire business community, at headquarters and its geographically distant agencies have access to the same documentation and can interact in the same documentary circuit.
